The short version: Stampforger runs entirely in your browser. We don't collect your name, email, or any personal information. Your stamp designs are saved only in your own browser's local storage — never on our servers.

1. Who We Are

Stampforger ("we", "us", "our") is a free online rubber stamp maker available at stampforger.com. It is operated by Bennerdoo as an independent project.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect minimal data. Here is a precise breakdown:

Stamp designs: Stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage. We never transmit or receive your designs.
Server logs: Like all web hosts, our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) automatically records standard HTTP request logs — including your IP address, browser user-agent string, page requested, and timestamp. These logs are held by Cloudflare according to their own privacy policy and are used solely for security and abuse prevention.
No cookies: Stampforger does not set any cookies — first-party or third-party.
No analytics: We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other user-tracking analytics platform.
No accounts: We have no login system. You never give us your name or email address.

3. How We Use Data

The only "data" involved in normal use of Stampforger is the stamp configuration you build in your browser session. This data:

Never leaves your device.
Is used solely to render your stamp preview in real-time.
Is persisted to localStorage so you can resume your design on your next visit.
Can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser's site data for stampforger.com.

4. Third-Party Services

Stampforger uses a small number of third-party services to function:

Google Fonts: We load web fonts (DM Mono, Lora, Playfair Display, Outfit) from Google Fonts. When your browser downloads these fonts, Google receives your IP address. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
Cloudflare Pages: Our site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which handles CDN, DDoS protection, and server-level logging. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

5. Children's Privacy

Stampforger does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The tool is a general-purpose design utility with no account creation, so no personal data is collected from anyone, regardless of age.

6. Your Rights

Because we do not collect personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf. If you wish to remove your locally saved stamp design, simply clear the site data for stampforger.com in your browser settings.

If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights under GDPR. Since we process no personal data beyond server-level logs held by Cloudflare (a data processor), our obligations are minimal. For any concerns, contact us at the address below.
